Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Digital Print Services LLC ("we", "us") for using this website and ordering printed products from it. By placing an order you accept them.

1. What we sell

We produce custom-printed products to the specifications and artwork you supply: marketing print, signs and banners, stickers and labels, stationery, booklets and related design services. Each product page describes the options available and the production time.

2. Prices, currency and tax

All prices are in United States dollars (USD) and are shown on every product page and in your cart. The price shown for the options and quantity you choose is the price for the goods. Shipping and, where it applies, sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you pay applies to your order.

3. Paying

You may pay through Stripe or through Square. Payment is made on a page hosted by the provider you choose, by card or by the digital wallets that provider offers. We never receive or store your card details, and card payments are accepted in line with the rules of the card networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). Your order is confirmed when the payment provider confirms the payment. If a payment fails, you are not charged and no order is produced.

4. Your artwork and content

• You are responsible for the artwork, text and images you supply, including their accuracy and spelling. We print what you approve.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything in your artwork, and that printing it does not infringe any copyright, trademark or other right.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the content is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable.

5. Production and delivery

Production starts once your artwork has been checked and approved. Production and delivery times are estimates. Delivery is covered by our Shipping and delivery policy.

6. Colour and tolerances

Printed colour can differ from what you see on a screen and can vary slightly between print runs. Trim, fold and cut tolerances of up to 1/8 inch (3 mm) are normal for digitally printed products.

7. Reprints, refunds and cancellations

8. Age, location and legal restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to order from it. We deliver within the United States only. We do not supply any person or destination where we are prohibited from doing business by United States export controls or sanctions law.

9. Promotions and discounts

We do not currently offer coupon codes, free trials or subscriptions. Volume pricing is shown on each product page. If we run a promotion in future, its full terms will be shown with the offer and will not change the terms of orders already placed.

10. Warranty and liability

We stand behind our print quality as described in the reprint and refund policy. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Intellectual property

You keep all rights in your artwork. You grant us permission to reproduce it for the purpose of producing and delivering your order. We own this website and its content. The names and logos of Stripe, Square, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover belong to their owners.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Digital Print Services LLC is organised, and the United States. Please contact us first at the address below: most problems are solved quickly. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
