Shipping and delivery policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

How long delivery takes

Delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Production time depends on the product and the turnaround option you select and is shown on the product page. Production begins once your artwork has been checked and approved. Orders with approved artwork before 2:00 pm Eastern start production the same business day.

Delivery methods and costs

Standard ground	3 to 5 business days after production. $8.95. Free on orders over $150.
Expedited	2 business days after production. $24.95.
Overnight	1 business day after production. $39.95.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees: carriers may be delayed by weather or other events outside our control.

Tracking

Every shipment is tracked. When your order leaves our facility we email you the carrier and tracking number, and the tracking link also appears on your order page.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you supplied. Expedited and Overnight methods cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

Damaged or missing orders

Please inspect your order on arrival. If a package is damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us within 14 days with your order number and we will reprint or refund in line with our reprint and refund policy.
