Privacy Policy
Last updated October 12, 2026
This policy explains what Digital Print Services LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use this website and order printed products, why, and what choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, the products and options you ordered, the amount and the date.
- Artwork and notes: files you upload and instructions you send, which we use to produce your order.
- Payment data: collected by Stripe or Square, not by us. See section 3.
- Technical data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address and basic request logs, used to prevent card-testing fraud and abuse.
- Messages: anything you send us when you contact support.
2. How we use it
- To take payment, produce and deliver your order and send confirmations and shipping updates.
- To give support, process refunds and keep records the law requires.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and card-testing attacks.
We use your email address and telephone number only for the purposes above. We do not sell your data and we do not add customers to marketing lists without their consent.
3. Payment processing by Stripe and Square
We use Stripe for payment processing. We also use Square for payment processing. At checkout you choose one of them and are taken to that provider's hosted payment page. Your payment is then handled by Stripe, Inc. or by Square, Inc. (Block, Inc.) and their affiliates. Digital Print Services LLC does not receive or store your card details.
Information the payment provider collects
- At checkout the provider you choose collects your name, email address, billing details, card or wallet details and order information.
- Customer data is shared with that provider so that it can process your payment, and the provider acts as a data processor for us.
- Transaction data is kept by the provider and by us for the periods described in section 6.
Fraud prevention and incomplete checkouts
- Stripe and Square use payment data, including failed transactions, for fraud detection and prevention. We may also use payment data for fraud prevention.
- The provider may collect data that you enter on its checkout form even if you do not complete the purchase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and Square, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store card details.
Provider privacy policies
- Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
- Square's privacy policy is available at squareup.com/legal/privacy.
Identity checks
We do not use Stripe Identity or any other identity-verification service, and we do not collect selfies, identity documents or other biometric data.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies the website needs to work, and Stripe and Square use cookies on their checkout pages for fraud prevention and to offer autofill. Details are in our Cookie policy. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
5. Who we share data with
- Stripe and Square, to process payments and prevent fraud.
- Delivery carriers, who receive your name, address and telephone number to deliver your order.
- Our hosting and email providers, who handle data only to run this website and send you messages about your order.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Transaction data may be retained for regulatory, tax and fraud-prevention purposes even after you stop using the site. Artwork files are kept for up to 12 months after your order so that reprints are possible, and are then deleted. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
7. International transfers
Stripe and Square may transfer and process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate, such as India. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data may be transferred outside your region. Each provider relies on recognised transfer safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and describes its compliance framework in its privacy policy.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to send you a copy of it. We will help you with each request.
Write to Digitalprinservices9@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout. We reply within 30 days. Where Stripe or Square holds the data, we will pass your request on or point you to the provider.
9. Marketing and opting out
We send transactional emails only: order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to messages you send us. We do not run a marketing list. If we ever add one it will be opt-in, every message will have an unsubscribe link, and we will honour opt-outs promptly. You can also object to your data being used for advertising or shared with third parties by writing to the address in section 8.
10. Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
11. Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Payment pages are run by Stripe and Square. Order pages use long random addresses, uploaded artwork is not publicly accessible, and access to our order records is limited to authorised staff.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for material changes we will say so on this page.
